The Upper Ohio Valley SHRM chapter offers four types of membership. Please indicate the type of membership for which you are applying.

Professional Membership with National SHRM Membership - $165.00 per year FREE
Members within this category are engaged in bona fide Human Resources Administration, with 3+ years of exempt HR experience, and are members of the National SHRM Organization. Professional members with National SHRM Membership can serve as an Officer or on the Board of Directors and have full voting rights.
Professional Membership without National SHRM Membership - $195 per year FREE
Members within this category are engaged in bona fide Human Resources Administration, with 3+ years of exempt HR experience, but are not members of the National SHRM Organization. Professional members without National SHRM membership can serve as any Officer, other than President, or on the Board of Directors, and have full voting rights.
Associate Membership with National SHRM Membership - $175 per year FREE
Members within this category have a bona fide interest in Human Resources Management, with non-exempt and/or less than 3 years of exempt HR experience, and are members of the National SHRM Organization. Associate members with National SHRM Membership cannot serve as an Officer or on the Board of Directors and do not have voting rights.
Associate Membership without National SHRM Membership - $205 per year FREE
Members within this category have a bona fide interest in Human Resources Management, with non-exempt and/or less than 3 years of exempt HR experience, but are not members of the National SHRM Organization. Associate members without National SHRM Membership cannot serve as an Officer or on the Board of Directors and do not have voting rights.
